Automation Strategy Workshop
When a squad is about to split a monolith or launch a new customer-facing API, debates about “what to automate” often happen in hallway threads. This session makes those decisions explicit.
Format
Four hours including breaks, for six to twelve participants. We use your real risk register and recent incidents—not generic case studies. Output is a one-page automation charter with agreed layers and owners.
Location
On-site at your offices in South Africa, at our Stellenbosch meeting room, or fully remote with collaborative boards. Materials are provided digitally after the session.
Before the room
Send two recent production defects and a list of suites that feel contentious. We tailor exercises so the afternoon ends with commitments your team wrote themselves.
