A predictable path from your first email to a document your team can execute—without surprise scope creep.
1 — Fit call (30 minutes)
You describe release cadence, stack, and the pain point (flaky suites, slow CI, ownership fights). We confirm whether a review, advisory block, or workshop fits and suggest a start window.
2 — Written proposal
Within three business days you receive scope, deliverables, exclusions, fee, and deposit terms. Procurement-friendly PDF available on request.
3 — Access & kickoff
Read-only repo and CI access, NDAs if required, and a kickoff with your nominated sponsor. For on-site kickoffs we meet at 71 Dorp Street,Stellenbosch,Western Cape,7600 or your offices.
4 — Discovery week
Pipeline traces, suite tagging, and interviews. We share a mid-point memo if we uncover blocking risks (for example, missing staging data) so you can unblock before the readout.
5 — Readout & handover
Live session walking through the architecture document, Q&A, and delivery of final PDF plus any diagrams. Thirty days of clarification email included on reviews.
